Subtitle : Discovering Authenticity in a World of Illusion

Introduction
Have you ever felt trapped in a life that isn’t truly yours? For years, I lived on autopilot, following rules and expectations that dictated my choices. I call this state "the matrix"—a world crafted by outside, influences that shaped my reality, limiting my freedom to be my authentic self. I started to question everything wasn’t until something big happened in my life around me.
In this blog, I will share my personal journey of awakening from the matrix, and discovering what it means to be free. I’ll talk about the key moments that helped me see the life I was living and how I found the strength to change it.
Defining the Matrix
For me, "the matrix" is the set of invisible rules from society that shape our everyday lives. Most of us are victim of this system. These rules pressure us to choose certain expectations around career paths, maintain specific relationships, and buy more things, being in debt and consumer habits that often dictate how we should live. leading us away from our true desires and destination to circulate our lives in same direction and pattern. "Consumerism" is another layer of the matrix, with advertisements through many things pushing us to believe that happiness comes from buying more. For instance, many feel they must get stable jobs or buy homes even if they’re not happy. We might stay in unfulfilling relationships over fear of being alone. This way of living can leave us feeling lost and unfulfilled. In chasing the things society says will make us happy, we can easily forget what truly matters to us.

Living by these rules leads us to feel confusion and dissatisfaction. We often chase promotions or new gadgets, thinking they will make us happy, but they might don’t. In our society’s expectations, we are loosing touch with what truly matters to us, getting stuck in a life that isn’t our own which is completely un-custodial by us.
Why unemployment rising so fast in our country? Why Switzerland is on top for Research and Innovation instead of India produces much more engineers as well Switzerland's population? but our country is no were to be found in the list. Why most of the talented Indians moving aboard to earn more? Why public figures, politicians, celebrities used to sent their own children to abroad for higher education? If someone can't speak English fluently why they judge by poor communication skills?

The Awakening Process
My awakening started when I lost a loved one and my dad was at ICU room, He had a stroke attack when I was 17, approximately 2 years ago. This loss made me think about how I was living and what really mattered to me. Around that time, I was thinking about the perceptions and reality a lot, which helped me question my purpose in life. Reading books like "The Power of Now" changed how I saw happiness. The " Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Kiyosaki helped me to think about capital accumulation and achieving economic autonomy, "The Intelligent investor", "Psychology of Money", "Think and grow Rich" these masterpieces made my perception to think bigger. I felt both sad and free when I realized life is too short to live by other's expectations.
The Struggle for Freedom
Escaping the matrix is challenging. I faced the fears of judgment many times from family, friends and experienced people of society, struggled with leaving a unstable lifestyle and unhealthy relationships. Doubts that often making me question "am I making the right choices?" To overcome these challenges, I started journaling to clarify my thoughts and feelings. Meditation helped me find inner peace and gain confidence. I get some support from a close friend who understood my journey and the reality of world, it made a big difference.
Embracing True Freedom
Now that my mind might have left the matrix, true freedom means living authentically and following our own passion regulations which made by ourselves. I’ve discovered new interests like trading cryptos, reading books, developing the old me who I was yesterday, it brings me happiness. My relationships have improved as I connect with supportive and like-minded people. I feel a deeper sense of purpose in pursuing what truly matters to me. For those looking to start their journey, I recommend journaling to explore your thoughts, practicing mindfulness to stay present, and stay positive with supportive communities that inspire you. Remember, it’s okay to take small steps toward a life that feels true to who you are.
"We all want to become successful in life, want to earn a lot of money but we are learning the path of success from those who may not be successful in their own life."
Conclusion
In my journey from the matrix to true freedom, I learned the importance of living authentically and pursuing what truly matters. I faced fears and doubts but found strength in journaling, mindfulness, and supportive relationships. I will not encourage you to reflect on your own life and consider how you fit into the "matrix" it completely your choice. Are you living for yourself or for others?
